Orders placed after 7PM (Monday-Saturday) or 5PM (Sunday) will be ready for pickup by 12 PM the next day.

We must verify your Age and Billing Address in order to fulfill your pickup order. Bring your Driver's License or any other valid ID that shows your age and address that matches the billing address of your payment card. We cannot fulfill your order without confirming your age or matching your billing address.

Before you place your order, you can write the name of the courier in your cart notes. Make sure they are 21 years of age or older with a valid ID and your receipt. They must also supply verification of a matching billing address. We will not fulfill this order without this information.

Due to Δ8THC either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, Delta 8 THC does not ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.

All orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days from the date when order is placed. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Refunds are possible if the product is unopened. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the products are opened, we will not refund your purchase for any reason. You agree to ensure payment for any items. When purchasing a physical good, You agree to provide Us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. Green Treez Company reserves the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information that You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to You in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from You prior to confirming a sale, and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products.

Medical marijuana is not legal in Tennessee. No medical card is required when purchasing CBD or THC products. You must be 21+ to purchase.

Broad Spectrum Products contain CBD and minor cannabinoids (CBG, CBN, etc.) without any THC. 

Full Spectrum products contain the legal limit of Delta 9 THC at <.3%.

CBD- Cannabidiol is a cannabinoid that brings no psychoactive effects. Many find CBD helps relieve stress, anxiety, pain, inflammation, etc.

CBG- Like CBD, Cannabigerol has been used to combat pain without having the intoxicating effect of cannabinoids like THC. Some users find CBG to be more stimulating while CBD is more relaxing. Studies also support CBG as an aid for inflammation and gut/digestive health.

CBN- Cannabinol is a mildly psychoactive cannabinoid. Many find it’s effects to be sedating and sleepy.

Delta 9 THC- Delta 9 Tetrahydrocannabinol is the cannabinoid responsible for bringing psychoactive effects in marijuana. 

Delta 8 THC - Delta 8 Tetrahydrocannabinol is an isomer of CBD and THC, other cannabinoids found in hemp. Delta 8 brings medicinal and therapeutic benefits similar to Delta 9 THC. Both bring psychoactive effects, however Delta 8 usually doesn’t bear triggers for anxiety or paranoia associated with overuse of Delta 9 THC.

Delta 10 THC- Delta 10 Tetrahydrocannabinol is found to bring more clear-headed, stimulating effects compared to Delta 8 which is found to feel more relaxing.

THCo- Often enjoyed for effects that feel more euphoric and dreamy. The effects may also last longer.

THCv- Has been shown to bring stimulating, energizing, and focusing effects. Has been called “diet cannabis” as it has suppressed appetite for certain individuals.

HHC- Another psychoactive cannabinoid that some find similar to effects of Delta 8 THC.

THCp- Another psychoactive cannabinoid rumored to have significantly higher affinity to receptors than classic Delta 9 THC.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
